  1. Deposits/ Retainer: For services that require a deposit/ retainer, such as catering or party rentals, the deposit amount is non-refundable. This deposit/ retainer is intended to secure your booking and cover any initial expenses incurred in preparing for your event.

  2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order or service, we kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible. Depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific circumstances, partial or full refunds may be issued at our discretion.

  3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for cancellations made after the deposit/ retainer has been paid but before the event date may be subject to our discretion. We will assess any costs or commitments that have been made on our end and determine the appropriate refund amount.

  4. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within a specified period before the event date, as outlined in our service agreement, may not be eligible for a refund. This is because preparations and expenses have already been incurred, and it may be challenging for us to adjust our resources or secure alternative bookings within the limited timeframe.

  5. Quality of Service Issues: If you encounter any quality or service issues with our catering, luxury cakes, treats, party rentals, or cake vendor services, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will work diligently to address and resolve any legitimate concerns to ensure your satisfaction.

  6. Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, we will process the refund in a timely manner using the original payment method. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

  7. Refund Percentage: Depending on the timing of the cancellation or change request, refunds may be provided as a percentage of the total order value. This percentage might decrease as the event date approaches.
