Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement: Finesse Cateringand Company, will provide full catering, luxury cakes, treats, party rentals, and cake vendor services as per the agreed terms and specifications. The services will be rendered professionally and to the best of our abilities.

2. Booking and Payments: To secure our services, a non-refundable retainer fee may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the event date, as specified in the invoice. Additional charges may apply for any changes or additional services requested after the agreement has been confirmed.

3. Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of cancellation, the deposit/retainer fee is non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations made after the retainer feehas been paid but before the event date may be subject to our discretion and any expenses incurred. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within a specified period before the event date, as outlined in the service agreement.

4. Liability: Finesse Catering and Company will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur during or as a result of the event, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. We shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or supplier issues.

5. Food Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements: It is the responsibility of the client to inform Finesse Catering and Company of any food allergies or special dietary requirements of the guests. While we make every effort to accommodate these needs, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contamination.

6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, logos, and content, associated with Finesse Catering and Company Services, remain the property of the company. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
